Match responses are given when using AVS empowering you to make more informed business decisions regarding card and user transactions.

U If it's international, it is because the issuer doesn't participate. If it's US or CA, it mostly because an underlying system failed to locate an address for the card...because there is no address available for the issuer/issuer processor to match against, or because the issuer does not participate in AVS or possible that the card network tried to do a match, but did not have address. So most of the times, this is because there is no address available to do a match If it's international, it is because the issuer doesn't participate.
