As you complete your boarding with TabaPay, you will configure how you want to send or receive reports to and from TabaPay. You can opt for the following scenarios:

Receive Files

• TabaPay pushes files to your server
• You receive files from TabaPay’s server

Send Files

• TabaPay receives files from your server
• You push files to TabaPay’s server

Setting Up Your SFTP Connection at TabaPay

If you choose to use the TabaPay SFTP server, you will be set up and receive whitelisting and credentials for the SFTP server.

Note: Configuring this option will result in larger file sizes.

The following general steps are outlined for your process.

1. You confirm you want to use TabaPay’s SFTP server during your boarding.
2. TabaPay requests your IP addresses to whitelist.
3. You (merchant/client) send in the specific IP addresses to access the SFTP server.
4. You (merchant/client) send in your public key to TabaPay.
5. TabaPay sends you the credentials file with information to access the server.
6. You use the credentials and private key to connect to the SFTP server.

Requiring Encryption to Send Files

If you require your files to be sent with encryption from you to the TabaPay server, you will need to request the public key from TabaPay. Contact help@tabapay.com for help.

Allowing Access to Your SFTP Server

If you choose to give TabaPay access to push files to, or receive files from you will need to pass over any keys or credential to TabaPay to connect to your server.

The following general steps are outlined for your process.

1. You confirm you want to TabaPay to connect to your SFTP server during your boarding.
2. You clarify the SFTP URL, or any whitelisting needed.
3. You send TabaPay the credentials with information to access your server.
4. TabaPay uses the credentials to connect to your SFTP server.

If you require files to be sent with encryption from TabaPay to your sever, you will need to send your public key in addition to TabaPay during the setup process.
