In order to connect to our APIs, there are a few items you will need:

1. You IPs will need to be whitelisted to access the APIs
2. You need to receive a bearer token from our team.

Important things to note:

1. Sandbox bearer tokens expire every 180 days. When you receive a bearer token from us, you will also receive the expiration date for that token.
2. It is your responsibility to renew bearer tokens 10 to 14 business days before they expired. Depending on demand, this process can take 7 to 14 days, so please keep that in mind.

How will I receive my sandbox credentials?

1. Sandbox credentials will be sent to you via dropbox to the email address you have specified.
2. You will also receive information about when said token expires within the same dropbox link.
3. When you receive the new token, make sure that it is different from the one you are currently using.
4. Then make sure to use the new token instead of the old one.
