Navigating the Portal
Learn how to navigate different areas of the TabaPay Portal.
In the TabaPay Portal, most features are accessible via the sidebar navigation. You can find and filter your ClientID(s) and the associated SubClientID(s) through the following steps.
Sidebar navigation
- Log in to the TabaPay Portal.
- Hover over to the sidebar nav on the left side of the page.
Here, you will be able to select the ClientID(s) and associated SubClientID(s) to change what data you are viewing. You can also access organization-level features tied to your client at the bottom under My Organization.
- Organization Name (Shown as ACME 2): Your listed Organization and ClientID. Select again to pull up a menu if you have multiple ClientIDs.
- Overview: A snapshot of your pull and push payments.
- Transactions: View details about all your transactions.
- Reporting: View and download all of your reports.
- Refer to the Reports guide to learn more about each report.
- Invoice: View and download your invoices.
- Refer to the Invoices guide to learn more about each invoice.
- Users: View and manage all of the TabaPay Portal users in your organization.

Top Navigation

A) Client / Sub-client breadcrumbs: At the center of the top navigation, you will find a breadcrumb that shows which client and/or subclient you are currently viewing data for.
B) Help Center Button: Contains helpful links such as Portal Documentation, Developer Documentation, System Status, Network Mandates, and the portal terms and conditions.
C) Account Menu Dropdown: Options to view My Account, switch between light and dark mode, Log Out.
Account Dropdown

A) My Account link: Takes you to your account settings including MFAsettings and password.
B) Portal Theme Toggle: Switch between light mode and dark mode.
C) Log out: Sign out of the portal.
Note: For security reasons, if you are idle in the portal for an extended amount of time you will be auto-logged out and have to log back in.
