About Network Mandates

TabaPay Clients integrating with us are requested to bookmark our network mandates. This will ensure proper compliance with the networks, both cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as Regional Networks) and banks (The Clearing House, NACHA, and the Fed).

Networks have operating rules on payment processing and these rules could impact TabaPay Clients and/or TabaPay.

Network mandates refer to changes that the networks make to their operating rules. These changes maybe:

• New features: Adding new features to their networks
• Regulatory requirements: Complying with new regulations
• Network Fee and Interchange changes: Introducing new fees or changing existing fees on both network fees and interchange programs
• New Mandates: Mandatory requirements imposed on entities in the processing chain
• Security-related features: Changes to strengthen the network
