Portal Overview

The Portal Overview is a page on the TabaPay portal displaying a high level overlook of your settlement and transactions.

After you log in to the TabaPay Portal, you will see the Overview page.

On the Overview page, you get access to projected settlements for the current day and the following day.

(you can switch between the two using a button on the right side of the screen).

Understanding the Projected Settlement Data

The top of the overview page includes daily projected settlement.

A) Date Toggle: Toggle between the dates to adjust what settlement date you are viewing.
B) Last Updated: Reflects the date and time the projected settlement data was last updated
C) Current Date: This reflects today’s date.
D) View Settlement History: On-page button to get to the reporting tab.

How to Read the Summary Cards

Summary cards include push and pull movement.

The push transactions and pull transactions cards are a summary of your daily transactions.

The left side is your transaction volume, which includes:

  • Success transactions: The total count, percentage, and amount of successful transactions
  • Unsuccessful Transactions: The total count, percentage, and amount of unsuccessful transactions
  • Total combined Transactions: The total count and amount of all transactions

The right side is your transaction limit (see more on this below), which includes:

  • The percent of your limit used
  • The total amount of limit used
  • The limit amount per transaction
  • The total limit amount

Understanding Client Limits

TabaPay sets transaction limits based on various factors unique to each Client.

  • Like Projected Settlement, limits update daily. If a Merchant reaches its limit, an email notifies them.
  • A merchant can request a limit increase, and TabaPay will evaluate this request.
