Updates to the Visa Digital Commerce Services Fee (VDCF)

Visa is implementing a pricing restructuring for its Digital Commerce Services Fee (VDCF) for Card-Not-Present (CNP) transactions in two phases, and expanding the application of this fee (which previously only applied to transactions originated in the United States) to Canada-originated transactions.
