Key Details
Person-to-Person (P2P) Payment Transactions
P2P transactions involve a transfer of funds from one individual (Sender) to another individual (Recipient).

Account-to-Account (A2A) Disbursement Transactions
An Account-to-Account payment is a transfer between accounts held by the same entity (Me-to-Me Transfers) or transfers between unrelated accounts that aren't strictly P2P (e.g., Cryptocurrency sales funds transfers).

Important Considerations
- Rates for Mastercard disbursements originated from Canada are not affected by these changes.
- Rates for Mastercard disbursements originated from the United States for transaction types other than A2A or P2P are not affected by these changes.
- P2P and A2A disbursements may be preceded by a separate debit transaction where funds are pulled from a cardholder. Pull transactions (where funds are debited from the cardholder) are not affected by these rate changes.
