PAR and MAC Added to Real-Time Monitoring Reports

PAR and MAC fields will be added to TabaPay's RTM report.

Beginning approximately October 12, TabaPay will add PAR (Payment Account Reference) and MAC (Merchant Advice Code) fields to the end of the Real-Time Monitoring (RTM) report.

These fields provide additional card and network information for transaction monitoring and analysis.

Fields added to the RTM Report

FieldDescription
PAR29-character Payment Account Reference. Can be null.
MAC2-character Merchant Advice Code. Applies to Mastercard transactions only. Can be null.

Payment Account Reference (PAR)

PAR is a non-financial identifier associated with the underlying payment card and its related payment tokens.

Merchant Advice Code (MAC)

MAC provides additional information from Mastercard about how to handle a failed transaction response, or transaction retries.

Client Action

If you ingest RTM reports programmatically, update your report processing to support the new PAR and MAC fields.
